Crazy Italians!

Today we had our first day of class. We are having class at the BYU London Centre where the other programs stay while they're here. They have class at the same time as us though so we have class in servery. It's kind of cramped but it will work. After class we ate some lunch really quick and headed out to find the British Museum (again...). This time we were successful! We only had about an hour and a half to look around so we made it through as many exhibits as we could. However, at one point an Italian man asked us to take a picture of him and his friend for him. So we did... and lets just say I won't be taking pictures for crazy Italians anymore. Haha,, it was very interesting.

Then we went back to the flat to meet with the Stake President of the wards we are going to attend. He told us about the people and the wards and gave us our assignments. I'm going to be in the North London ward which is really far away but I'm excited to meet all these new people and serve with them! Then we wanted to try and see a show but it was already kind of late so we decided to walk around Hyde Park and then get some dinner. We finally found the Peter Pan statue after a little bit of walking and looking at a map. Then we went down Gloucester Road to look for Nando's. It wasn't where the map said it was so we gave up and kept walking to try and find somewhere else to eat. Then suddenly we found it! It was a few blocks away from where it was but definitely worth the trouble! We ate some delicious chicken and french fries and had frozen yogurt for dessert. Then we walked back to the flat to call it a night. I think we are going to Borough market in the morning and then we are trying to get tickets to Sweeney Todd. I hope we get in!

The gold, silver, and copper for the medals came from Salt Lake City, UT!
